Handled is not an ongoing service. It is a structured, time-limited installation, designed, built, and handed back to you to run independently.

  • A deep diagnostic to surface everything your household is currently carrying including obligations, renewals, seasonal triggers, ownership gaps, and invisible friction points. Most clients are surprised by what they've been holding.

  • Before anything is built, the logic is designed. Ownership rules, decision thresholds, renewal buffers, planning cadence. The structure that will hold everything together is documented in a Household Operating Framework.

  • The architecture is built inside the tools you already use such as Google Calendar and Google Drive. No new apps to learn. No complex software.

  • Both partners walk through the completed system together. Ownership is confirmed, escalation rules are set, and the weekly admin review cadence is established. This is where the mental load gets redistributed, not just recorded.

  • After 30 days of running the system, we check in to refine what's sticking, simplify what isn't, and lock in the final structure.

Client Agreement

Every client engagement begins with a signed client agreement. Your documents, logins, and financial information are handled with the same discretion expected in professional services.

Your Data, Protected

Client documents and information are stored securely throughout the engagement and deleted at formal close. Any credentials required are held in an encrypted password manager, accessed only for the purpose of the engagement, and removed in full at handover.

    It covers 12-month calendar architecture set-up or reset of your existing system, renewal and obligation tracking, ownership design across every household category, digital file structure, and a partner alignment session. At the end of eight weeks you have a complete, functioning household operating system.

  • Because the apps were never the problem. And Handled isn't an app.

    Most household systems fail not because the tool was wrong but because nobody designed the logic underneath it — the ownership rules, the trigger systems, the decision thresholds. You were handed an empty container and asked to figure out the rest.

    Handled builds the logic first, installs it into your existing tools, and hands it back already running. You're not starting from scratch and hoping it sticks this time. You're receiving a finished system.

    The most time-intensive part is an initial 30 minute intake session, plus the family audit questionnaire that most clients complete in around 60-90 minutes. After that, your involvement is reviewing and confirming decisions.

    Finally, an optional partner alignment session in week seven is a 30 minute commitment that we recommend both partners attend to confirm ownership of all household categories.

Our Story

Handled was born from a Sunday night list that filled three pages.

I'm Danielle, mum of two, working full time, and the person who built the system I desperately needed. After years of carrying the operational weight of a busy household alongside a full-time career, I realised the problem wasn't me. It was the absence of structure.

I built Handled because I needed it. And because I knew I wasn't the only one.
